My friend Dave Roos (who is also my newspaper copy editor) spend a few days in Colorado last week fishing some high country lakes.
He and his fishing buddy Steve Fleming had planed to fish three lakes. One they couldn’t reach one because the road to the lake proved too much for their rented 4X. I didn’t get the story on the second but they hitched a ride into Grizzly Lake (pictured), which Dave reported was loaded with friendly brook trout.
That’s him in the photo.
BTW – I’ll be out of town on family business for a few days and probably won’t post again until Thursday or Friday.
